This Laser Lite Laserply has a birch face & back and is 3.5mm thick.-may vary according to tolerances Like our previous Laser Lite material, this birch faced product has a poplar core, making cutting smooth, giving a lovely finish. (WIth proper extraction of course!) The difference with this Laser Lite is that the birch face is a little thicker, more like 1mm, meaning that it is easier to sand. Although we can’t speak for all laser machines, it has been tested with Diode Lasers and Co2 Lasers with good results. Lower powered Lasers may require a few passes . It has been tested at 50mm/s at 50% power on a 30 watt Thunder Laser with excellent results. The sheets arrive with us in smaller dimensions to our previous Laser Lite so we have changed the 800x600mm sheet size to 750x600mm We have included a sample option in the menu, which will include 1x 200x300mm posted with Royal Mail It is supplied as B/B grade so may have some glue plugs. Suitable for Xtool, Glowforge, Beamo, Omtech, Laserscript,Lotus, Mantech, Trotec,Epilog, plus many more co2 and diode machines
