Description Iris ‘Purple Hill’ A bulbous perennial which has narrow, upright, sword-shaped, grey-green leaves. In March and April, small and graceful flowers are borne which are deep purple, with rich, velvety petals and a lighter, almost white throat on the falls (the lower petals). Its compact size and bold purple flowers make it perfect for edging borders, adding interest to rock gardens, or planting in small groups in borders or containers for a vivid spring display. Grow in well drained, neutral or slightly alkaline soil in full sun. It will reach a height of 20-30cm and a spread of 10-15cm. Supplied Size 1 x Plant in 9cm Container
