0.4 is made with Resin Glue so although is laser safe some sooty marks may be apparent on lower powered lasers. This can be easily removed with light sanding using fine paper. For Low power laser you need very slow speed/feed and as much power as you can give, the resin glue dissipates the heat hence it harder to cut than thicker interior Laserply, and most cutting failures are due to incorrectly set machines or wrong speeds and feeds.
