The box dimensions are 121×158×223mm, making it quite large. During the conceptual stage, we initially didn’t require the entire interior to be lined with white kraft paper, so production wasn’t overly complex. However, to elevate the luxury appeal of the face steamer packaging, we later decided to fully wrap both the interior and exterior in white kraft paper—a demand that initially posed significant production challenges. The total length of the box’s largest surface panel required 15.8 22.3 22.3 22.3 22.3 = 105cm, while our machinery’s maximum glue-applying width was only 100cm. After three days of intensive discussions, our production team optimized both the box structure and the equipment, ultimately achieving this high-difficulty packaging solution. The box features no color printing—instead, it uses embossed debossing to create a 3D effect for the brand name and logo.
